Our aim is to provide companies or individuals with support during the implementation of projects. Particularly with complex projects, the existing capabilities are often inadequate and experienced people are often called in short-term for support. In addition to the ‘hard facts’, the ‘soft facts’ are also taken into account.

Despite the considerable efforts made, a fair number of projects are unsuccessful these days. With many projects factual, rational aspects are often exclusively in the foreground and the human factor is either completely neglected or not dealt with professionally.

Project coaching combines the professionalism of project management with the so-called ‘soft skills’ of coaching. Aspects such as leadership, communication and cooperation are also considered and integrated into the process.

In addition to specific project work, I also support the project managers by means of supervision and at the same time teach them supervision techniques which the coachees can later apply in their professional environment.

My role is that of consultant, mentor and facilitator. My goal is for the project and its participants to succeed.
