I am very passionate about work I enjoy. And I enjoy coaching and am happy when the change processes I provided assistance with are successful, and when I can help clients to improve their presentation and communication skills. I am always particularly pleased when

I get positive feedback, and see progress and a positive outcome. I see it as a rewarding challenge to support people in the pursuit of their goals and to identify which path is best for each individual or team.

In my spare time I like to travel ‒ preferably to sunny climes, enjoy going to spas as well as good food and drink. I attach great importance to friendships and maintaining good personal relationships.

My clients tell me that I have a very good intuition and that I am respectful and empathic in my approach. My use of language and the feedback I give is clear and aimed at getting good results. I am direct in my approach. This directness is sometimes new to some clients, but they appreciate my honesty and openness. I always seek to give my clients objective and accurate feedback, always to the point.

My experience in industry

includes experience with law firms, banks/financial service providers, consultancy firms, the chemical, energy, trade, consumer goods, logistics and petroleum industry as well as HR service providers, software manufacturers, steel manufacturers and the telecommunications sector.
